Did you order without a customer account? You can view the current status of your order here at any time using the order number and the email address you used for your order. The order number is in the confirmation email you received immediately after submitting your order.
The four stages
- Received – We will check availability and delivery time and contact you with the order confirmation.
- In Progress – The order has been confirmed and is being processed by us.
- Dispatched – The package has left our house.
- Delivered If anything is missing or damaged, please contact us within seven days.
