Single-use ECG electrode with foam backing, round, 50 mm diameter. The sensor is made of silver-silver chloride (Ag/AgCl), the standard material for recording ECG signals.
This design uses liquid gel. It immediately coats the skin, thus delivering a usable signal more quickly—even when there is little time for skin preparation. Solid gel electrodes, on the other hand, have a longer shelf life.
The 50 mm diameter offers a large adhesive surface and is suitable for universal use in practice and clinic.
