We test and repair your Mobil-O-Graph according to manufacturer specifications, including Mobil-O-Graph NG and 24h PWA. We also accept Amedtec, medset, and Scanlight long-term blood pressure recorders of the same type.

Metrological testing in accordance with Section 15 of the Medical Devices Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV), Annex 2, and repair, including the necessary spare parts. The cost estimate is free of charge.

How do I send in my device?
Add the service to your shopping cart and place your order. You pack the device, and DHL will pick it up. The first pickup is free; after that, we charge €7.50 net per order, not per device. Any questions beforehand? 02363 3663-0.
How long does it take?
Your device will usually be back within a week. We cannot guarantee a fixed timeframe: the duration depends on the extent of the repair and the availability of spare parts. We will contact you if there are any delays.
Which documents will I receive back?
For metrological verification, you will receive a measurement report and test sticker; for repairs, a service report. These documents are enclosed with the return shipment.
What does it cost if no defect is found?
The estimate is free of charge. If we find no defect during the repair, we charge a flat inspection fee; we will inform you of the amount beforehand. Replacement parts are itemized separately. For further questions: 02363 3663-0.
